Doing crunches to eliminate belly flab?
I'm a very slim girl Im almost 13 and am not fat but I have a little bit of a flabby tummy! I don't want to really lose weight but gain mussel--abs-- but I'm afraid of getting ripped abs I think that looks really nasty on a guy or a girl but definitly don't want anything more then a little bit of abs and don't want to have a small puch like I do now when slouching! when I'm standing up or sitting up straight i have a flat stomach but when doing crunches and things you can see a little bit of fat but don't much! I just want to get rid of that quick and easy --things like the gym excersizing equitment and a pool isn't an option for me really so how many crunches should I do and what are some things that will eliminate like bike riding, rollerblading--- and so on? Thanks
also what are some good snacks that are healthy to munch on when getting the munchies and is strawberry yogurt good as a snack--like a once a day snack for lunch or with lunch or should it just be sometimes?
actually, doing crunches will only build muscle, it doesnt burn fat. but having more muscle mass will allow you to burn fat more easily when you do cardio training. anything that keeps your heart rate up such as biking and rollerblading yes. jogging or swimming works best though. goodluck =]
