I just found out i have to go round...?

I just found out i have to go round my neighbours house tonight to go and eat, recently i haven't been eating much and i don't know how i'm going to eat the minimum i can. Any help of what i can do.
DONT give me your crap either.
How can i avoid eating as much is what i'm asking, because i wasn't planning on having dinner tonight.

If it is bacause your parents or spouse are watching....Empty a bag of chips or something and leave the empty bag/box around. Then at dinner you can be "not hungry" because you just ate a bag of whatever.
I hate it when people have an opinion on what and when I should eat!
