Do Bath and Body Works Fit Flops really work?

For say a teenage girl would they be as affective? I think they're called "Walkstar." And do they work at all? I want real-life experiences with the shoes. Did they work for you?

We get people who come into the store and swear by them.

I have a pair for myself (I'm 21), and I really like them because, unlike regular flip flops, they have a lot of support and absorb shock. I have bad knees, so they are a great sandal for me...but I don't wear them regularly enough to notice any sort of fitness changes.
